The City of Philadelphia has procured the services of Unisys Corporation to install, maintain and support video surveillance cameras throughout the City. MFR is currently working with the Unisys Project Manager to provide on-site dedicated PMO support. The Unisys PMO team consists of a dedicated Program Manager, Lead Technical Manager, Deputy Project Manager and a Project Consultant. MFR responsibilities include assisting the Project Manager with the management and supervision of every aspect of Unisys’ work for the VSS, including but not limited to:

• Coordinating all video surveillance system designs
• Coordinating all site preparations required for the installation of    the Video Surveillance Service and applications
• Coordinating and scheduling Video Surveillance Service delivery    across the City;
• Facilitating all equipment installation and integration;
• Coordinating with the City personnel and City consultants during    equipment installation and acceptance, scheduling,    subcontracting;
• Administering and executing Video Surveillance Service    Acceptance Test Plan
• Managing Video Surveillance Service operations and maintenance    services
• Coordinating project management meetings, reports, scheduling    and status updates
• Providing the city with installation documentation, wiring diagrams    and as-built documentation.
• Tracking and managing documents to maintain historical record.
• Managing SLAs
• Managing financials, reporting, budgets,
• Processing invoices, etc.
• Managing change requests, service request, Camera MACs
• Managing political relationships within the City
