Philadelphia Gas Works
MFR has just been awarded a contract to provide graphic design and media placement services for the Philadelphia Gas Works’ (PGW) new Advanced Marketing Campaign.

The campaign is intended to promote PGW as the clean, green energy solution for its three main customer market segments: (i) major accounts, (ii) commercial customers, and (iii) residential markets. MFR is tasked with helping to educate PGW customers on the benefits of choosing natural gas as their preferred choice of energy. MFR will also be helping PGW with providing media placement services relating to its 2009 Landlord Cooperation Program (LCP). The LCP was created in 2006 as a way to protect owners against the placement of liens on their rental properties for unpaid tenant gas bills. MFR is partnering with AVC Pictures LLC who’s expertise in media and production makes them uniquely qualified to meet the requirements of this project.

Together, the MFR and AVC team has a combined total of over 30 years experience in the field of marketing.

Walter R McDonald & Associates
For the past two years, Walter R. McDonald & Associates has contracted with MFR to provide business support services to the Philadelphia Department of Human Services Community Oversight Board, its consultants/subcontractors, and work groups. Some of these tasks include planning and coordination of board meetings, assistance with agenda development, meeting notification, onsite management of COB meeting logistics, report production, and the preparation and distribution of minutes. MFR also works directly with the COB as an Information Management Team, ensuring accurate and timely reports of the Review Board’s Progress.

In 2008, MFR worked with the WRMA and the DHS Child Welfare Review Panel to facilitate panel and town hall meetings, community forums, and community consultation efforts;; summarize State and local child welfare law and policy; analyze DHS administrative data and developing key indicators of system performance; review DHS contracting procedures.
